One of the projects in which the architects of Norte42 were hired was to carry out a reform and expansion of a villa in the Maryvilla urbanization of Calpe in 2017. The Norte42 team designed a complete reform of the building, modifying the interior and the exteriors. For the extension, an internal staircase, a bedroom and a kitchen on the upper floor were incorporated. Also, on the balcony a semicircular beam of reinforced concrete was built. From there the Peñón de Ifach can be seen peacefully. On the other hand, the pool and the outdoor terrace of the property were also expanded.
