 We are excited to find out what Chef Patrick Manguette has in store for us in 2020.

We will have to wait a little longer to find out what Chef Patrick and his talented team is planning for us because as you might know, Puerto Blanco restaurant is closed until March and Kanaiia restaurant until February. But don’t worry, in a few weeks – we will announce a series of exciting new items and ingredients from Patrick and his team on their menus as part of the new-look menu overall for both restaurants.

Puerto Blanco restaurant in Calpe has been a reference in international cuisine since 1983 where to enjoy traditional dishes with a modern and creative twist. Set in an elegant and peaceful ambience expect to be astonished every week with new dishes and fantastic Special and Medio dia menus created using the best fresh local ingredients.


Wines from across regions of Spain, Europe and the New World kept to the exact temperature to enhance every dish. The man behind this success, is Chef Patrick Manguette, he is well-known for his never-ending creativity and constantly strive for perfection – for him, communication between table an kitchen is fundamental to create a culinary experience to satisfy the most demanding palates.

Over the past three years, we here at Spain Life Exclusive have got to work with Patrick and his exceptional team of chefs and staff and there is no doubt that he is not only one of the best chefs in the Costa Blanca but also a vision of ideas and talent when it comes to creating special menus and dishes and we look forward to bringing you more information and ideas from the team over the coming days and weeks.

Kanaiia is closed now until February 14th and Puerto Blanco until March 19th but we will keep you posted on all they are planning for this year each week.
