Traditional and innovative dishes for all tastes
All their specialities top-quality meat, fresh fish, seafood, paella, rice is cooked to perfection by Noray’s own Chef Pedro Martínez. Noray Restaurant was recommended in 2019 by the Repsol’s Guide, a prestigious Spanish gastronomic guide for exclusive food connoisseurs.
If you crave a meaty main then we recommend this delicious delicacy, the Suckling Lamb shoulder roasted over low heat with thyme – a typical dish from Castilla. Try this dish because it is delightful. And the best of all, if you are at home and fancy any of their cult rice dishes, you can order them to take away.
Every workday at lunchtime they offer a daily menu at a reasonable €19 (drinks not included). The menu consists of three starters to share as a first course and a second to choose from fish, meat, *paella or creamy rice (minimum of 2 people).
Selection of group menus
If you are a big group with a good reason to celebrate, Noray has several group menus to choose from. Up to a maximum of 80 people on the top floor in winter and up to 50 people on the terrace during the summer season. And let’s not forget that all the menus can be made to measure and taste of the client.

However, if everything you fancy is a glass before going out, their cocktails and a great selection of Premium Gin or distinctive jugs of Sangria, all your requirements are met at Noray Restaurant.
