The chef Pedro Martínez puts at your disposal the best dishes of Mediterranean gastronomy with his personal, masterful culinary touch. Boards of national products, cold and hot entrees, stews, grilled meats… In addition to the typical Spanish seafood we can also order fresh fish, and even special fish that have arrived from the fish market during the day. Just ask the waiter! Here you can also taste the authentic Valencian paella, ravioli filled with prawns from Jávea and its coral and even a tender low veal loin from Monte de Toledo with potato ingot, mayonnaise and truffle. And what about dessert? You can choose between very yummy temptations, such as natural ice creams, “pasiego” cheese with Madagascar vanilla or dessert sweet wines. The menu is simply amazing!
