We got very excited when we heard the news that chef Alberto Ferruz and his dedicated staff at BonAmb restaurant have launched a new menu. This chef is a man that does not stop developing ideas and every new creation is a reason for celebration.
At the beginning of this month BonAmb restaurant in Jávea and its chef Alberto Ferruz opened its 2020 gastronomic seasons with “Vents”.
What will this creative food genius will be bringing to us this year?
The BonAmb restaurant, with 2 Michelin Stars and 3 Repsol Suns, will have a season divided into three chapters, according to the time of the year.
Llebeig will be the first chapter then will follow Ponent and Mestral. BonAmb will offer, to start its season, a special menu for € 78, called “Brisa de Llebeig”, where they propose a gastronomic tour in light and concise manner.
Additionally, diners will also have two other menus called Calma, and Tempesta, for € 98 and € 129 respectively.
“This year is the third in a trilogy, where we wanted to do our particular gastronomic tribute to the ancestral civilisations that passed through our land and that shaped the kitchen we know today. ” says chef Alberto Ferruz.
And is that after “Cabotage” in 2018 and “Barter” in 2019 and this year with “Vents”, BonAmb and Chef Alberto Ferruz want to take their guests on a gastronomic voyage, the same way favourable winds guided ships home on the return journey.
