The BonAmb restaurant story begins on July 27, 2011, inviting all the guests to enjoy an exceptional meal and drink in an unbeatable atmosphere. Since its inception, the restaurant spirit focuses on the gastronomic history of Jávea and the Marina Alta, using up innovation and tradition in all its dishes. The Mediterranean Sea, the products of the garden, citrus fruits and vines are some of the ingredients that inspire their chef, Alberto Ferruz, to make superb, unforgettable dishes.

Throughout the short story of this restaurant, the chief of the salon, Pablo Català, chef Alberto Ferruz and their team have achieved special distinctions and mentions, such as the introduction in the top positions of the gastronomic yearbook of the Valencian Community, the award for professionalism in salon and the award for best chef of the year by the Academy of Gastronomy. In addition, in a very short time they have achieved three Soles Repsol (2013, 2015 and 2019) and two Michelin stars (2013 and 2016).


The whole team shares the same philosophy to continue growing and evolving with gastronomy, the restaurant and their guests. The passion for haute cuisine is evident in each dish with the aim of achieving excellence in each of the services of this exclusive restaurant. Also, you can also order the Salis, Sol and Tempus menus, in addition to a great wine-pairing exclusively designed to accompany each dish that makes up this succulent experience.
