As always, they are made with fresh pasta with homemade filling, handmade one by one. And, for dessert, bicerin, a traditional hot and alcohol-free drink typical of Turin, similar to coffee with chocolate and whipped cream. All accompanied by delicious wines from the region.
You can taste these succulent dishes until December 22th, as La Casa della Pasta closes for Christmas. But at the end of January they will return with renewed energies with surprises and new dishes on the menu.
