The Totem Space and Location
Located in a quiet area in Guardamar del Segura in front of a beautiful park and very close to the sea, Totem is in a perfect location to enjoy a wonderful evening.
The interior decor and furniture is a sophisticated blend of lush greenery, fresh flowers and contemporary furniture that’s both stylish and comfortable.
The terrace has an eclectic style and is surrounded by mature trees which make the perfect backdrop for alfresco dining.
Where daytime dining is fresh and bright, the nighttime brings another vibe altogether. High-end sports cars pulling up outside tell a tale of what’s to come. The neon back-lit bar hints at a spectacular range of drinks and cocktails and the well-dressed customers complete the picture of a dining experience to remember.
Cocktails and Dreams at Totem
Totems large, jungle-inspired terrace, together with its signature cocktails, make it possible for the afternoons to last until dark. For a coffee lover like me it had to be the Totem Coffee cocktail, made with espresso, almond milk, Baileys and Amaretto it’s an absolute winner in my book.
There are also stunners such as the Arres made from rum, gin, lime, ginger ale, vanilla and cinnamon, in fact we think you should try them all!
Of course, we should also mention the truly fabulous range of wines and spirits, including a great selection of champagnes and cavas too.
We can’t forget the food at Totem!
For such a high-end restaurant, the prices at Totem are incredibly reasonable, starters are from 8€ and mains start around 10€. The biggest problem you have is what to choose? Do you go for the goats cheese salad with mango salsa? Or would you prefer a rice dish with a huge range of ingredients such as octopus or rabbit?
And that’s before we even get to the meat and fish dishes! Black Angus steak with baby potatoes, lamb with black rice, or cod with pepper hummus, if you’re anything like us it won’t be an easy decision.
We doubt you’ll be able to squeeze in a dessert but there’s a great range for you there too. Oh, and they have a children’s menu too so the little ones aren’t intimidated by the huge choice in the main menus.
The fusion of Mediterranean, Oriental and Russian cuisine, full of nuances, where attention is paid to every detail, makes the experience at Totem unique.
