The Puerto Blanco restaurant reopens its doors on March 16 with an extraordinary and special menu

To open your appetite, you will start with a “gourmet croquette” with spicy chutney of medlars from Callosa Den Sarrià and home-made bread. For the starter you will have to choose between vegetable sushi of crudité and wakame with lightly smoked tuna and wasabi mayonnaise, vegetable salad from the Puerto Blanco garden with truffled “burratina” and walnuts, balsamic and basil vinaigrette, a dish of scallops, prawns and mussels with seasonal miniature vegetables and white wine garlic sauce or creamy duck risotto with grapes and mistela from Jalón. To clear the palate, a strawberry and basil sorbet with avocado or an oriental broth with coconut, curry, julienne and tapioca will be offered. The selection of the main course will be complicated, because the chef has prepared three elaborations as exquisite as succulent: ossobuco of monkfish with leeks, potato and tear of pears steamed, rack of Lamb with fresh herbs on saffron risotto and creamy pumpkin or veal tenderloin with mushrooms in Port wine and potato truffle croquettes.
