In anticipation of the summer of 2022, Orobianco closed its doors to revamp its facilities, renovate its corporate identity, and revitalize its gastronomic offering. To embark on this new phase, the restaurant sought the guidance and expertise of Chef Paolo Casagrande, who is currently the Head Chef of the Lasarte restaurant in Barcelona, which has been awarded three Michelin stars.
Orobianco is an elegant and sophisticated gastronomic establishment that offers an incomparable view where the sky and the Mediterranean merge into one. Located on the coast of Calpe, the restaurant provides a glimpse of Italy in Spain. It’s an exclusive setting, perfect for enjoying the sunset, Mediterranean views, and, of course, great cuisine.

Paolo Casagrande’s involvement in Orobianco makes the restaurant a very personal and special project for him in Spain. The restaurant’s gastronomic offering will include two tasting menus, one short and one long, with and without pairing, and a Business lunch at noon.
