Experience the epitome of Italian haute cuisine on the Levantine coast at the Orobianco Restaurant, now led by the renowned culinary director Paolo Casagrande. Nestled on the Calpe coast with incomparable views of the Mediterranean, Orobianco is a landmark destination for food lovers.
Elegant and sophisticated, Orobianco is synonymous with a unique culinary establishment. A setting with incomparable views where the sky and the Mediterranean merge into one. A place on the Calpe coast from where you can glimpse Italy. Under Chef Casagrande’s expert guidance, Orobianco’s menu will feature rich, flavorful Italian-inspired dishes based on traditional recipes. The restaurant’s elegant and sophisticated setting, paired with the high-quality Mediterranean ingredients, creates an immersive dining experience that is all about emotion and flavor.
The restaurant is dedicated to the pleasure of diners, where two words stand out above all, emotion and flavor: “Only from absolute respect for the product do we achieve a cuisine that can excite us, at every service and for every diner,” says the Italian chef.
Orobianco restaurant features Italian cuisine, highlighting its privileged environment and exclusivity, a perfect place to enjoy the sunset, views of the Mediterranean and, of course, great cuisine. Orobianco began its journey in 2015 and was awarded a star in the Michelin Guide. Shortly before summer 2022, it closed its doors to update facilities, renew its corporate identity and its culinary offerings.
With this new project, the Orobianco Group is betting on maintaining the line of Italian haute cuisine with all the quality of Mediterranean products. The restaurant will offer rich and flavorful, Italian-inspired cuisine based on traditional recipes, in a sophisticated environment, supported and advised by a great professional team of high level, both in the kitchen and in the dining room.
Their culinary offerings will include two tasting menus, one short and one long, with and without wine pairing, and a Business lunch at noon.
Paolo Casagrande – The Chef of Emotions
Paolo will be supervising this new stage. Pastry will be supervised by Xavi Donnay and wine and dining room by Joan Carles Ibañez and Antonio Coelho, pillars of the Lasarte restaurant in Barcelona. “From Orobianco, we are very excited to announce the reopening of our gastronomic restaurant next February,” says Inna Skriabina, manager and founder of Orobianco.
