With evident green and floral accents, the spring menu at Masena is “inspired by the sea, the mountain, the light, the colors and the sensations of the Costa Blanca” and highlights the delicate and fresh touch of the season.
Masena restaurant offers seating inside and outside, both on the patio and the conditioned terrace, and the rural house has a warm elegant and comfortable atmosphere, perfectly adaptable and adjustable. Chef Hamid Megrini Moujtahid is accompanied by the professional manchego maître Valentín Carrimio, a wine enthusiast with more than 30 years of experience, who is responsible for the direction and attention of the room, with temperance and good know-how after decades of effort and dedication.
