Opened in 1984, La Perla presents a lavish fine dining experience that transports you to the tropical sceneries and flavors of the Mediterranean. This restaurant has been using local market-fresh produce for each one of its dishes (check out their menu here).
The menu represents Mediterranean specialties with a twist. Diners can enjoy a wide range of delectable dishes, including the likes of delicious paella, fideua noodles, fresh fish from Javea’s local market, steak, lobster, creamy rice with cuttlefish & prawns. End the lavish dining experience on a sweet note with the Homemade Tarte Tartin With Vanilla Ice Cream or the Chocolate Cake With Cream. Today, La Perla is run by the children of the restaurant’s founders, Antonio and Loli, who have stayed true to their family’s timed honored way of cooking Mediterranean dishes, using the exact same recipe as their parents and cooking them with fresh and high-quality ingredients.
