New Tai Pan
Originally from Hong Kong, owner Lincoln left for London to learn the trade of the restaurant business for 15 years. After honing his skills and experience and harnessing his knowledge of the culinary arts, he decided to set up in Marbella.
Also located at the Puente Romano Hotel, New Tai Pan focuses on exquisite Chinese cuisine. Also boasting a Polynesian style bar, New Pan Thai is nestled in the Puente Romano Hotel on the Golden Mile and has been Marbella’s most popular elegant Chinese restaurant for decades.
The staff invite you to start your blissful evening by having a delicious cocktail at their bar, before being escorted to your table where a night of gastronomic wonder awaits.
Thai Gallery’s sister restaurant New Pan Thai has chosen to pursue perfecting delectably enticing Chinese cuisine, as well as other Asian dishes, all within a chic, polished and refined setting.

Sukhothai
Following Tai Pan’s enormous success, Lincoln then pursued a second endeavour and went on to open Sukhothai, which showcased the best Thai cuisine on offer.
Established as a leading player in the Marbella Asian food scene, Sukhothai owes its success to its rich and varied menu and decadent ambience. Sukhothai is beautifully decorated with a modern interior, subtle lighting, and delicate oriental details.
Considered a jewel in the dining scene of Marbella, Sukhothai is the second success story due to Lincoln’s management of the staff and their dedication to high-end hospitality.
The menu at Sukhothai comprises various flavours, intended to display more classic dishes, featuring a playful menu of sweet, sour, salty and spicy dishes. The team relies on fresh herbs and ingredients from daily market produce, which is what carries the success of the restaurant.
Sukhothai will delightfully surprise your palate with the unexpected flavours of satay – the exotic kebab garnished with a juicy sauce – or kung hom pha rolls – stuffed with prawns in a sweet chilli sauce – will be an excellent starting point on your journey to the flavours of Southeast Asia.
