Hogarguti will offer an unmissable showcooking event in collaboration with Orobianco on June 20th. This will be a very special day taking place at the Hogarguti showroom, where two of the best chefs from the Costa Blanca will cook live for 25 people as a way to express gratitude for the great social work carried out by the Rotary Club of Dénia.
We are talking about Andrea Drago, head chef of the Orobianco restaurant and Paolo Casagrande, gastronomic director of Orobianco, as well as Chef 3* Michelin at Lasarte Restaurant in Barcelona.
ABOUT THE MENU FOR 25 PEOPLE
The menu that Andrea Drago and Paolo Casagrande will prepare will consist of a Cuttlefish tagliatelle, white corn cream, ink sauce, and peas; watercress risotto, white asparagus, mascarpone, and tamarind; mantis shrimp and burrata ravioli, ham and basil soup; coffee creamy dessert with licorice, cocoa, raspberry sorbet, and balsamic vinegar and petit fours.

The menu that will be served at Hogarguti will be accompanied by a wine tasting from Bodega de la Tierra Javea to beautifully complement this masterful gastronomic experience.
Casta Diva Golden Harvest, a dry white wine made from the Moscatell variety, is the perfect accompaniment to the cuttlefish tagliatelle. Next, indulge in Giró Gerra, a red wine made from the indigenous Giró grape and aged in clay jars, which pairs beautifully with the Galera and Burrata Ravioli. Lastly, enjoy the sweet Monastrell grape wine, Recóndita Armonía, with notes of coffee and licorice, which complements the creamy coffee and licorice dessert.
