The Summer School at British Schools Alzira, Xàtiva and Gandia

As every year, British Schools Alzira, Xàtiva and Gandia organised their Summer School course in which their children spent their first month of vacation in the most fun and educational way.

During four weeks the children enjoyed 3 hours of English daily, with native teachers, as well as one hour of daily swimming with specialist monitors and pool attendants for their surveillance.

The other activities of the Summer School were organised according to age and pupils attended Cooking Club, Robotic Lego, Fun Science Workshop – taught by the Physics professor at the British School Alzira, Professional Photography Workshop – taught by the team of Niclas Fotógrafos, plus Funky Classes and a Magic Workshop.

The outdoor sports were practiced with specialist monitors and students could select from football, basketball, hockey and water polo. The Summer School also features a special Football Improvement Workshop, plus a selection of Adventure Sports – Zip Line, Climbing Wall and Archery, included on the list of daily activities.

The list of Summer School activities at British Schools Alzira, Xàtiva and Gandia was completed by art workshops, crafts and modeling sessions, or tennis lessons as an optional activity, from 4 years old, during school hours. The cost of the course is of €640 and includes English classes, activities, teaching materials, accident insurance, lunch, snack and transportation. Transportation was optional and could be deducted from the total amount. Tennis lessons, as optional activity, were not included in the total amount.
