Savour its Top-Class Cuisine

Prestigious chef Hicham Houmidide joined the team in 2021. Relocating from Barcelona, Hicham was born in France and has Moroccan origins. Passionate about the culinary arts, Hicham has spent the last 15 years in Paris, London, and Barcelona working alongside some of the world’s greatest chefs, like Gordon Ramsay and Sergi Arola.

His cuisine stands out for being inventive, as he mixes techniques and flavours from various cultures. In this way, he manages to surprise even the most demanding of crowds, which is no easy feat on Marbella’s “Golden Mile”. 

Stand out dishes include the exquisite grilled Galician octopus with red peppers, Kalamata olives, creamy violet potato and bergamot emulsion. Another example of the chef’s creativity is the delicious tajine-style lamb confit with semolina, raz el hanout, lemon confit and pearl onion. 

Must-try dishes we recommend are the crab tartar with coriander and salmon roe with avocado gazpacho, or cappellini pasta with prawns and caviar.

 

About the Creators 

Creators Clement Mokeddel and Daniela Kofman are the creators of this tropical paradise. Clement has undertaken the gastronomy side of things, as he has over 20 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry.

While Daniela is the creative brain behind Monkey Club. Having graduated in interior design in London, she has a keen eye for detail and creating a comfortable, ethereal space that’s apt for the Marbella locals.
