What sets this restaurant apart is its extensive selection of meats from around the globe such as Buffalo from Italy which is a bold and exquisite choice, Bison from Europe and Canada prized for its distinctive flavor, Wagyu from Japan which is only available seasonally, Heifer from Germany characterized for having a nice full-bodied flavor and in honor of the Spanish land they feature premium Spanish meats like Galician beef, carefully selected based on strict quality criteria.

The restaurant’s philosophy is simple: no product is served unless it meets their high standards. All meats are exclusively flame-grilled, focusing on enhancing their natural flavors without unnecessary spices or condiments. Among the customer favorites are the tender filet mignon and the richly flavored ribeye, known for its intramuscular fat.

For the holiday season, The Cut offers special menus for December 24th, 25th, and 26th, along with group and corporate options. For New Year’s Eve, an exclusive fixed menu promises a memorable evening from 8:00 PM to midnight.

The Cut also creates special events celebrating Oktoberfest, offering cooking lessons, for those who wish to master their grilling skills, and wine-tasting events, since the restaurant exceeds on bringing new and rare wines into their menu.
