Since opening last year, COA has become all the rage amongst the Marbella locals for its interesting and refreshing take on tapas and Mediterranean-style cuisine. Now only open in the evenings from 19H to 00H, the Marbella hotspot is the ideal place to enjoy a cosy evening get-together over delicious, innovative food and signature cocktails.
In October, COA will be open from 13H until 16H30 and then from 19H to 23H, and closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Personally, we love the slick design and earthy tones of COA’s interior design, reminiscent of the grilled meats that the menu is based on. From the hand of Valladolid chef David Aguado, COA is inspired by the simplicity of the grill and approaches traditional flavors and elaborate confections between distinction and a concept of leisure with an informal and very current air. The orange tones in its lighting, which invites you to chat with your partner or friends, allude to the grill, one of the specialties of Aguado’s elaborations.
Casual without losing the forms and a terrace to enjoy in the shade during the day or to let the afternoon fall. Located just by the Casino, COA has become a must-visit spot to add whilst on vacation and a place for those who frequently visit as well as the Marbella locals.
With its bronze facade COA deriving from barbacoa, this fine dining establishment specializes in succulent grilled dishes, ranging from gourmet meat, to the best produce from the sea and fresh vegetables.
This elaborate venue is spread out over two floors, with exclusive areas available for private dining, as well as those intimate corners essential for enjoying a romantic dinner for two. COA also has an expert in-house mixologist ready to serve you its delicious signature cocktails.
