The most significant projects under execution are The Secret, Oceanic and Silk, with an approximate value of 80, 45 and 25 million euros, respectively, the three luxury villas on the Costa del Sol. Although in terms of investment volume and location, The Secret in El Real de la Quinta (Benahavis) is the most powerful project. A spectacular complex in itself; 34 homes from 2 million euros, with a private golf course, a navigable lake with beach club, restaurants and leisure area and a five-star hotel.
