The kitchen is manned by the experienced chef from Valladolid, David Aguado, who is the former executive chef of the 5 star Gran Lujo María Cristina Hotel in San Sebastián. The cuisine is based on traditional Mediterranean cuisine, with a modern and chic twist. COA – being short for barbacoa, features a menu that comprises mostly of succulent steaks, cooked to your liking.

Upon arrival, Christmas parties will be welcomed by a glass of champagne on arrival to get you into the festive spirit.
There are of course a range of international wines, whites and rosés, as well as a good selection of cava and champagne. Cocktails also feature prominently here as does Mahou on draft, as the famed brand is also a partner of the business.
The desserts are also freshly homemade, prepared by the resident pastry chef.
The restaurant will be open on Christmas Eve during the day but will close in the evening.
