Occo Restaurant in Marbella: Unrivalled Lebanese Cuisine

Emanating the ultimate Lebanese experience in Marbella, Occo Restaurant promises to offer the freshest combinations that will have you returning again and again.

Promising authentic Lebanese cuisine in Marbella, is Occo Marbella, a restaurant specialising in Lebanese cuisine. Under the management of local entrepreneur Eric Ebbing, Occo is decorated like an oriental palace, in golden tones and oozing with elegance. In its three menus you will find a wide variety of dishes, always prepared with fresh produce and using traditional techniques and master recipes.

Originally, Occo first opened its doors in Sweden. Following its raving success, its founders went on to open a second restaurant in the demanding and competitive gastronomic area of the exclusive Marbella area in 2018.

Marbella is known as a certain “melting pot”, attracting many nationalities from all over Europe as well as Asia. As the founders are also of different nationalities, this presented the perfect opportunity to initiate a Lebanese restaurant that emitted the charm, elegance, and glamour of Marbella.

In addition to its sensational cuisine, Occo Marbella also hosts live music and entertainment, with a resident DJ, dance performers, as well as its signature cocktail menu.

Tasting Menus

Occo Marbella offers a truly authentic Lebanese cuisine experience. This consists of more than thirteen different mezzes, with fresh ingredients that will exhilarate your taste buds. In Lebanon, it’s a well-known custom to share, therefore we have the perfect combination of set menus to offer you a real taste of Beirut.

Occo also caters to those who aren’t meat eaters, offering full vegan & gluten-free menu as well as a generous Á La Carte option with international fusion dishes. Also, make sure to try its fantastic selection of Lebanese wines, cocktails and saffon-drink, a saffron drink typical of the region.

Occo Marbella offers a selection of three tasting menus based on authentic Lebanese mezes cooked with local techniques and using genuine local produce as the main ingredient, which pairs perfectly with traditional Lebanese wines, including Chateau Heritage Family Reserve, recommended by the restaurant itself.

The Mezes with grilled meats offer a selection of 15 mezes accompanied by grilled meats, while the Classic Mezes option offers a total of 15 traditional Lebanese appetizers and, finally, the Vegetarian Mezes offer a selection of 15 mezes made from vegetables.

Events at Occo

To provide a complete experience, Occo Marbella also hosts a series of exciting events so guests can also enjoy live entertainment while they dine.

For example, Occo Goes Locco is Occo Marbella’s signature event. It’s celebrated twice a year at the opening and closing of the season, involving live performances, DJs that are guaranteed to get your bones moving and complimentary drinks.

Then there’s Cocktail Night, where the expert mixologist Tony presents 3 new personalized cocktails every Thursday to keep guests guessing every time. In Spain, everyone loves to go out on a Thursday, or juernes, combining the words Thursday and Friday, so it’s ideal for an after work cocktail.

Loose Lips Fridays is Ladies’ Night, where ladies receive complimentary drinks (white, red and rosé wine) up to 22.30, to the grooving sounds of the resident DJ playing dancefloor classics to have you bopping away all night long.

Next up is The Jungle on Saturdays, which is where any Marbella socialiteés hope to be seen on a Saturday night. After dinner, guests can dance to the infectious rhythms of Menllizon Drummers Live Show and Live Saxophonist Funklove by Juan Viera to the sound of DJ Dann Martin.

To round off the week is the Umo Lounge on Sundays, which is Occo Marbella’s Shisha lounge night, which comes with a selection of shared mezzes to enjoy.

If you feel like treating your palette to new flavours, Occo Marbella awaits you from Monday to Sunday from 19:30 pm at Avenida Manolete nº 7. It also pffers a Take Away service so you can enjoy its cuisine in your own home.
