Some time ago we introduced you to this gorgeous restaurant with its quaint ambiance and its lovely cuisine as It is a truly gastronomic gem in the middle of the mountains that will delight lovers of good food with its rich Mediterranean cuisine but with a modern touch. At Bistro Selene you will find a timeless offer, perfect for any time of the year and always with the maximum effort to innovate and adapt to the demand of the public.


With the freshest ingredients from the area, the kitchen staff creates the most exquisite dishes with a presentation that is always on point and many visitors come here to try perfectly cooked meats, octopus, goat cheese salads, terrine, and pate to name but a few. It has an outstanding service with different menus; seasonal, tapas, plus an exclusive hunting menu in the high season as well.


The wine list is also diverse to suit various palates and can satisfy the needs of its clients who choose to find the best to match their dining experience.

Here below are some of the new dishes you will be able to taste as they are innovating continuously and adding new recipes like the following to their menus.



Chocolate mousse, olive, salted caramel, chocolate soil, and dehydrated soda olive crumble.


Red tuna with an Italian tough, basil oil, sun-dried tomatoes, capers, and red pesto.


Carpaccio of sirloin steak stuffed with pheasant with endives, almonds, and red fruit coulis.


Tomato salad with Capellan, romesco, and parsley oil.


Duck confit, sweet potato pomade, red berry and orange gel.


Marinated bonito with “ajo blanco” crumble of hazelnut and almond, and pickled onion.



Book your table at Bistro Selene from Tuesday to Sunday from 1pm to 4pm and from 7pm to 10pm.
