The Playwright reopened its doors in September 2020 with the kitchen being manned and produced meticulously selected by renowned head chef Marc Quinlan, its cuisine is inspired by Asian and international elements.
The Playwright has struck success by taking guests on a sensory journey from East to West through its award-winning interior design and astute attention to detail. The staff invites you to relax in its stunning, immersive surroundings and enjoy passionate customer service, offering an unrivalled experience.
Also known for its stunning and fabulous Cocktail Bar in Marbella, its unique cocktail menu has been specially designed by the in-house mixologist, bringing something different to the area, including our special Porn Star Martini cocktail flavoured with passion fruit and Pina Colada to tantalise your taste buds.

In addition to delicious cocktails served by its expert mixologist, The Playwright serves a daily lunch menu that consists of two courses, as well as a traditional Sunday lunch menu.

Throughout the month of May, The Playwright will have live music acts on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Thursdays will begin at 8:30pm, and the weekend from 9:30pm.

The Playwright is open six nights a week from 6pm, closed on Mondays. It offers an Early Bird menu, priced at 35€ for three courses between 6pm to 7pm, with the A la carte sitting starting at 8:45pm.
