Revamp for the apartment El Luminoso
The flat where FJ worked on the project is located in Javea’s Arenal. The owners purchased this flat for vacation rental purposes, and because it was quite old-fashionably furnished, they chose to update and therefore enhance it. This was obviously necessary because the goal was to rent out more and thus enhance the rental revenue.
The project was commissioned by FJ Styling and their ideas were to create a pleasant holiday atmosphere, modernize, new furniture, and new curtains, and be practical, but for a small budget.
So they handled the supervision with the contractor, taking the entire process from start to finish out of the consumers’ hands. They also obtained numerous quoted and researched different remodeling options.
The walls were already in place in this apartment (see below for before images), so they could leave the layout as it is. They then created a 2D and 3D floor plan and could fully outfit it with furniture and accessories so that a 3D tour could be created and walked around the room.
Now you can clearly see what the rooms look like and whether there is enough space for everything you want to place in them, but also where connections must be made such as sockets and electricity for the air conditioning. They started by making a mood board to determine the atmosphere and colors and to see if this matches the wishes of the customer.
During the renovation, FJ is the point of contact and regularly checks whether everything is going according to plan and whether the contractor is still running into problems. Things can be solved quickly and the work is checked.
When the contractor is finished, FJ ensures that all furniture is transported and installed, as well as that all accessories and decorations are lovely. After that, you may instantly use your vacation property or rent it out.
They also work with a photographer who takes lovely shots of the residence, which are then instantly uploaded to a website to maximize rental income.
