FJ Styling gives us a sneak peek of the impressive project they are currently working on. It consists of decorating and renovating a group of six properties on the same street.
Interior design was often regarded to be a pretentious representation of a particular sensibility and excellent taste in designing a room. Something like selecting the appropriate materials or colors to utilize.
Nowadays, more and more people see the actual value of having a place managed by professionals, with a presentation that is comfortable and enjoyable for everybody. FJ Styling is a great example of how to give a collection of visually beautiful yet practical solutions for improved space use.
Today we present the most current project on which FJ Styling has been working for some time. It is a group of six villas on the same street, all with the same interior but varying in size, number of bedrooms, and the area around the home.
For each house, a digital design is created to demonstrate the layout’s possibilities. This digital design is created and then rendered. So you can view before and after, however, they also offer the possibility of walking through the house virtually. This gives you a solid sense of the spaces and what is possible in them. This is perfect for customers, especially because it might be tough to see through things at times.
Everything can be adjusted in the design, you can see whether it fits in the spaces. If the desired result is there, it can be completely furnished and styled. This way you really get a good picture of how reality will turn out.
How they are working on this project
FJ Styling is working on this project with their entire team. In the first instance, it is critical to understand the rules governing the proportion of structures on a lot, which is why an architect is called in. This view is why most people choose to live here, and this house is no exception. They destroyed a whole wall and gave up one bedroom to create a wide-open kitchen and living space. It is suddenly flooded with light. They tweaked the plan even further and added a basement master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The home still contains four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
They are presently under development. The walls have been plastered, and the bathrooms have been tiled. Then there will be new floor tiles installed on the exterior that will be consistent throughout the property. Their designs rely heavily on unity. The interior will be made up of natural materials and beautiful textiles. The bathrooms are exquisitely furnished, with black matt taps and lovely washbasins. The kitchen will be painted a light wood hue, with matte black accents returning. This house will serve as a display house once it is completed. All six villas are available for purchase, but because we have completely refurbished one, consumers can see what is possible with the properties and how we work as a team.
