Bringing delicious gourmet-style cuisine in an idyllic setting is Tu’Can at Hotel Moli, Alfàs del Pi, just 4 km from the beaches of Albir. Here are some of the dishes available on the special 3 Course Meal that is currently available, there’s something for everyone.
For starters, this light and refreshing salad is ideal for summer, made with local ingredients of tomato, spring onion, pickled veg, sweet potato, and anchovies.
If you’re feeling nostalgic for some traditional British food, Tu’Can has an original take on fish and chips on the meal special with crispy cod pieces on a pea purée served with triple-cooked chips.
On Sundays, Tu’Can also treats its guests to a traditional British Sunday Roast.
The menu features dishes that are as healthy as they are delicious, such as the grilled Sea bass with quinoa & vegetable salad, with creamy citric sauce.
To finish with a particular favourite of ours is its delectable take on an Iberian pork stir fry served with seasonal vegetables, with teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds.
