EstudioDReam, the architectural firm on the Costa Blanca specializes in the innovative concept of design, modular and sustainable houses and is seeking a plot to house migrants fleeing the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
Due to the massive humanitarian disaster caused by the military war between Russia and Ukraine, EstudioDReam and Concept Design are looking for an extension of land or a plot in the Costa Blanca to relocate twelve homes for families from the Ukraine who enter Spain through the Valencian Community.
The Russian invasion continues and thousands of families need to be relocated when they enter another country, in this case, they are trying to help refugees in the Valencian community so any kind of help or collaboration is welcome.
For almost 30 years, EstudioDReam has been committed to modular architecture and construction. This style of architecture has seen substantial development in the construction business, therefore EDAS (Estudio DREAM Architectural Services) chose to bet on it and specialized in modular structures of any size and for any function, whether in new construction, expansions, or renovations.
Their specialization is the conversion of shipping containers into residences, offices and bars, rehearsal rooms, classrooms, and so on, and they achieve insulation by a thorough examination of the materials and climatology of the site where the unit is to be located.
Because minimal dimensions are necessary for sheltering, family dynamics vary, and shelter use is for an indefinite amount of time, it would be a solution to give these individuals a temporary, modular, and adaptable sheltering system.
EstudioDReam investigates architectural solutions which are held to solve the sheltering problem of refugees while considering not only their physical requirements but also the integration of their social and cultural values.
To do so, a plot would be a transient, modular and flexible solution.
