In 2006, a restaurant was born with the aim to unite local ingredients, traditional dishes and creative presentation. It’s a great place to go any day but holidays are something special here. Therefore, we invite to check out their Christmas menu and spend the 25th of December enjoying a spectacular and memorable meal at Tosca.
They will start you off with an Amuse Bouche of chicken pie with bread sand and olives. A Gazpachuelo is a traditional soup, originating from Malaga. For the first course of the Christmas menu, Tosca present you a Gazpachuelo of avocado, green apple, prawn and a 3 pepper mince. They next course is a free range egg with seasonal wild mushrooms, beef jus and fresh truffles. In between courses, they will serve a Mojito sorbet. The main is oven-cooked fillet of Corvina, a white fish similar to sea bass, served with a basil sauce and fresh vegetables. To finish they serve chocolate, bread, salt, olive oil and vanilla and the desert is Christmas sweets.
