The Cooperativa Valenciana Virgen Pobre de Xaló, which is well-known in the Valencian community for its distinctive and careful production, as well as its passion for the vineyard, has unveiled a new picture of its iconic white wine Castell D’Aixa.
The new picture of the Castell d’Aixa Moscatel white wine is inspired by the woman who managed the grounds of Castell d’Aixa while selecting herbs and plants native to the area.
Castell D’Aixa White is a pale yellow wine with greenish tints that is crisp and clean, fragrant, and fresh. It has flowery overtones on the nose, which are typical of Marina Alta muscatel. The mouthfeel is smooth, with a wonderful flow and well-balanced acidity.
