A very typical Spanish dish, especially popular on hot days. Then, some mussels with red curry paste and coconut milk.

You can then choose monkfish with Iberica bait shoulder, fennel cream and passion fruit sauce, beef entrecote with mojo picón (a typical Canarian sauce), or yellow chicken with thai curry. For real dining enthusiasts, they have prepared a spectacular tasting menu called Mar y Montaña, which translates to Sea and Mountain. It’s a culinary expression, which means creating a combination of dishes with fish and meat.
