El Tintero

If you want dining experiences to remember, this is a good one. El Tintero is based in el Palo, close to Malaga city centre. It is a “chiringuito” where u can buy fresh fish and seafood like at a market. The waiters walk around with plates of food, calling out the names and you choose what you want. At the end, you just pay according to the number of plates you had.

 

 

Valparaiso

This Italian-Mediterranean restaurant is based in Mijas, Malaga. It has high-quality dishes and services that have been kept since it started in 1984. The restaurant provides good value for money, with fresh fish and meat dishes starting from 15 euros. The restaurant is popular for its entertainment too, and you will find different types of flamenco shows and live music every day.

 

Restaurant Jose Carlos Garcia

This restaurant consists of six beautifully laid-out tables. Here you can  try a variety of “fine” meals with a lot of creativity. It is only a few metres from the yachts and boats in the Port of Malaga. Due to its reduced number of tables, its guests can savour each dish in a tranquil and intimate atmosphere.

 

 

El Cortijo de Ramiro

Based in the “Urbanización Guadalmina” this is a high-end restaurant that specialises in fresh fish dishes, like; “Lomo de Lubina” (Sea bass), and homemade desserts, such as chocolate croquets. It also have live music every Wednesday and Saturday.

 

 

Pasta y Basta

 

This Italian restaurant in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, is known for its high-class, creatively-decorated dishes. All the dishes are Italian and are made fresh daily. It provides a relaxed environment, where by the end of the night, you may even find yourself singing or dancing with others in the jolly atmosphere of the restaurant.

 

 

 

 

 

Ibiza Grill Bar

This is a small boutique restaurant in Torremolinos, that offers great service, food and ambience. It has a wide variety of food choices, like; fresh seafood, meat and salads and all the dishes are well presented.

 

 

El Muelle de Arriate

This is a high-end restaurant based in Arriate, close to the city of Ronda. It provides simple dishes to more creative and experimental dishes. It offers meat dishes, to freshly caught seafood, to vegetarian dishes, as well as homemade cakes for afterwards. In the summer dine ‘al fresco’ by sitting out on the terrace whilst enjoying the spectacular views over the valley towards the mountains of the Sierra de Grazelama.

 

 

Taberna Tropicana

 

This restaurant began in Ronda in the 80’s as a popular hamburger diner. Now the restaurant has grown, along with its menu, and serves tapas, tostas, salads, tablas, as well as their traditional gourmet hamburgers, and large variety of wines (including ecological ones).
