Recently relocated in an idyllic surrounding, close to La Sella Golf and Spa Resort, in a beautiful residential area filled with green spaces, where the infrastructure set in place has served as a model in the whole region of Costa Blanca, Steve Jobs School La Sella now proudly presents its new facilities.
“We could not have dreamed of a more perfect and symbiotic space for our school and its ethos. With large, spacious rooms and a clear design, it is surrounded by the beauty and calm of a 5 star La Sella Golf and Spa resort, which many of the facilities are available to use with the children” they say on their blog.
“It is a beautiful location; a safe area, and the Steve Jobs School La Sella is now located in a high quality building, maybe one of the largest buildings in the area” Stefan Köpp, the school’s director, adds.
The plot of the new Steve Jobs School La Sella contains two buildings and appropriately split areas for playing, recreation and sports activities. The outdoor area is flexible due to the central position of the buildings, with much potential due to the mix of asphalt and grass surfaces. There are also plenty of shade-giving trees outside. In the building itself, all facilities are ready; classrooms, kitchens, toilets (for our youngsters, bigger children and staff). The configuration of the building allows a variance of use, and there were only a few small modifications needed.
“The installation of a second building for the nursery will create a more suitable area for younger students. In this way, the classrooms are given a definitive structure for teaching. The flexible space will be used for various other types of activity. The main building will be used for teaching the older students, with classrooms given a more standard structure for the appropriate needs of their learning” the team of Steve Jobs School La Sella adds.
All classes are equipped with Internet and a big screen monitor, smoke detectors and an extensive network of new technology. This allows the student to acquire educational resources through their private intranet page or through interaction with the Internet.
Although the relocation has changed some of the previous plans of the Steve Jobs School, such as the start of the Secondary School, that had to be postponed for the autumn of 2018, the benefits of the high standard building and the perfect location will definitely impact on the quality of education and open new opportunities: “In addition to our library and art workshop, the new building will also incorporate plans to develop a specific area for scientific and experimental classes – physics, chemistry and biology lab. There will also be a room for an audio-visual editing and recording room” they say.
The modern school will be designed to reflect a philosophy of inquiry-based, collaborative and individual learning that develops high achieving, committed students with an appreciation of cultural diversity.
Inviting parents to contact the School and pay a visit and personally see the beautiful surroundings and the stunning new facilities offered, Steve Jobs School La Sella is considering special arrangements that can be done for the new students.
Their new address is: Alqueria de Ferrando s/n 03749 Jesús Pobre – Dénia, Alicante
