Experience a wide range of dishes, as a result of the fusion between International and Mediterranean cuisines. Frenezy hosts a remarkable fish menu, in particular the oysters and the mussels. The menu also offers a delicious selection of both vegetables and meats.

 

The drinks  menu does not go unnoticed here, with a great selection of international and Mediterranean style wines. A great addition to enjoy alongside your meal, complementing the French and Spanish flavours from the food.

 

In just one year of existence and thanks to Xavier`s leadership it has rapidly become a reference of the fine cuisine in Alicante also contributing to the huge upgrade in the quality of the restaurants in the Costa Blanca capital.

 

In the kitchen is chef Patrick Dwyer, who with him brings his wisdom and expertise. He has worked for some big names during his time including Elton John in the ‘Friends’ restaurant in Covent Garden, London. He has also been in charge of the stoves of other venues located in countries such as Venezuela and Cyprus. Born in Kenya, in the colonial era, he has settled in Alicante and is planning to make the city his permanent home. Patrick also served lunch to Queen Margaret and Prince Klaus of Holland and has dealt with many prominent personalities, during his time in South America.

 

When choosing a dish, Patrick recommends one of their specialist dishes, the BOUILLABAISSE which is a seafood stew including carrots -prawns and sweet red peppers into a ravioli style which is delicious and well worth asking for….it can also be complimented with half a lobster or other prawn dishes.
All in all this specialty is one that you need to sample at FRENEZY.
